If the menstrual period is amenorrhea for more than 2 months, the possibility of pregnancy is greater. Amenorrhea is the earliest symptom of pregnancy, but it is not a specific symptom of pregnancy.

2. Amenorrhea is the external manifestation of pathological and physiological changes in women. It is caused by a variety of diseases and is a clinical symptom, not a specific disease. According to the location of reproductive axis lesions and dysfunctions, it can be divided into hypothalamic amenorrhea, pituitary amenorrhea, ovarian amenorrhea, uterine amenorrhea and amenorrhea due to abnormal development of the lower reproductive tract.

The World Health Organization classifies amenorrhea into three types:

Type I: no endogenous production of estrogen, normal or decreased follicle-stimulating hormone levels, normal prolactin levels, and no evidence of organic hypothalamic or pituitary lesions;
