Is it easy to cure second-degree cervical erosion? Four treatments are required for second-degree cervical erosion

Many women have misunderstandings about cervical diseases. Some people think that cervical diseases are normal and will not cause more physical symptoms as long as they are controlled and not allowed to worsen. Therefore, they do not take medical treatment for the diseases. For example, for cervical erosion, very few patients with primary disease are treated. Most of the patients who are treated are secondary patients. At this time, they find that the treatment is somewhat difficult and it is also difficult to cure. So is it easy for women with secondary cervical erosion to be treated?

1. Western medicine: You can choose to use antibiotics for local application, such as metronidazole, sulfonamides, furazolidone, etc.

2. Chinese medicine: You can choose vaginal medication or a mixture of pure Chinese medicine and antibiotics, which have the effects of clearing away heat and dampness, reducing swelling and relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and promoting muscle regeneration. Choose some prescriptions and formulas, process them into powder or suppositories, put them on cotton balls, and apply them on the eroded surface. During the treatment, there is more yellow vaginal discharge, but there should be no odor. The treatment usually starts after the menstruation is over, and the medicine is applied continuously and discontinued during the menstrual period.

3. Physical therapy - It is a widely used treatment method with the advantages of short treatment course and good efficacy. It is suitable for patients with large erosion area and deep inflammatory infiltration. Commonly used methods include electric ironing, laser therapy, cryotherapy, LEEp, etc. The principle of treatment is to use the heat effect or cold effect to destroy the epithelium of the cervical erosion surface, so that the tissue protein of the cervical erosion denatures and falls off, and the new squamous epithelium covers it. It takes about 6 to 8 weeks for the cervix to become smooth.

4. Surgical treatment: Generally suitable for cervical inflammation that develops into cervical hypertrophy, cervical polyps and other cervical lesions, but the worst consequence of this method is that it can lead to infertility. Cervical erosion is a manifestation of cervicitis, and the two do not need to be strictly distinguished. The cervix, endocervical canal, and vagina are all part of the extragenital channel. For inflammatory lesions in various parts of the extragenital channel, there is a disinfection pen that uses ultraviolet light that can come in handy. It is effective and harmless to cervicitis (erosion). However, there is a type of cervicitis called Nabothian cyst, which is a cystic protrusion formed by tissue hyperplasia. The disinfection pen has an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Nabothian cysts, but those with higher cystic protrusions must be surgically removed.

Is it easy to treat second-degree cervical erosion in women? In fact, the disease is easy to treat when it develops to the second degree. Simple disease treatment can be recovered as long as it follows the doctor's instructions. However, many patients also have other diseases, which will encounter many obstacles during treatment, making the disease more difficult to treat. This article explains the best treatment method for the disease. Patients should choose the method that suits their condition to achieve the purpose of treatment by understanding the severity of the disease.
