4. When the outlet pipe is connected to the negative pressure aspirator, negative pressure will be caused, accelerating the circulation of the perfusion fluid and speeding up the operation. After most myomas are removed, the uterus contracts and bleeding naturally decreases.

5. After the complete removal of the sessile submucosal myoma, the uterus contracts, the tumor bed closes, and the remaining myoma capsule floats in the uterine cavity in a grayish-white flocculent state, which then disappears naturally without the need for forced removal.

6. A small amount of bleeding and discharge is normal within 2 months after surgery.

7. Abstain from sexual intercourse for 2 months.
