At what age does menopause occur and what are the influencing factors?

The age of menopause is between 45 and 55 years old, but some people reach menopause early, and some women reach menopause later. There are three main factors that affect menopause, namely genetic factors, exercise frequency and gynecological diseases.

Menopause is a period that women must go through. During this period, the ovarian function of women has obviously declined, and the secretion of estrogen will decrease, so a series of symptoms of endocrine disorders will appear, such as irritability. So at what age does menopause occur?
1. What is the age of menopause? <br/>Female menopause generally occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, and most women enter menopause around the age of 50. However, some women enter menopause later, and some women enter menopause in their 30s. Menopause will change to a certain extent due to the physical condition, so it is difficult to determine the specific age of menopause.
2. Factors that affect menopause age
1. Genetic factors <br/>If your mother has an early menopause, then you may also be affected by genetics and have an early menopause. So if you want to determine the approximate age of your menopause, you can also analyze it based on your mother's menopause age.
2. Exercise frequency <br/>Women who have exercise habits generally age more slowly, because exercise can promote blood circulation in the uterus, so the ovarian function is not easily aged. Therefore, regular exercise can effectively delay menopause. Lack of exercise may cause early menopause.
3. Gynecological diseases <br/>If you suffer from chronic gynecological inflammation and it is not cured for a long time, the ovarian function will age faster and it is easy to have ovarian dysfunction, which will lead to early menopause. Therefore, after women have gynecological diseases, they must actively treat them and should not give up treatment because of repeated attacks.
