Secondary symptoms of cervical precancerous lesions

Cervical precancerous lesions are relatively common, but most patients are found to have reached the second level. At this time, patients generally show only general symptoms of cervicitis, such as increased vaginal discharge. There are also complaints of bloody vaginal discharge or a small amount of vaginal bleeding after sexual contact. Gynecological examinations can show that the cervix is smooth, without obvious inflammation, or there is cervical congestion or erosion, with varying degrees of erosion and different ranges. It is sometimes easy to bleed when touched, and there is no obvious difference from general chronic cervicitis. Therefore, the clinical manifestations of CIN level 2 are not specific. It cannot be diagnosed based on its symptoms and signs alone, and the diagnosis is mainly based on histological examination. What are the specific symptoms of cervical precancerous lesions level 2?

Secondary symptoms of cervical precancerous lesions

1. Vaginal bleeding: Irregular vaginal bleeding, especially contact bleeding (i.e. bleeding after sexual intercourse or gynecological examination) and postmenopausal vaginal bleeding are the main symptoms of cervical cancer. Cauliflower-like bleeding in cervical cancer occurs earlier and the amount of bleeding is larger.

2. Increased vaginal discharge: white and thin, watery, rice-water-like or bloody, with a fishy odor. When cancerous tissue ruptures and becomes infected, the discharge may be purulent and have a foul odor.

In addition, regular gynecological examinations can timely detect and treat cervical precancerous lesions and stop their development into cervical cancer. If preventive measures can be implemented, the cure rate of cervical cancer is very high.
