What are the commonly used folk remedies for treating amenorrhea?

Amenorrhea refers to a woman who is over 18 years old and has not had her first menstruation, or has had her menstruation but has stopped for more than 3 months. This disease can occur in both deficiency and excess. In deficiency, it is due to insufficient essence and blood, the blood sea is empty, and no blood can flow down; in excess, evil qi blocks the meridians, and the menstrual blood cannot flow down.

1. 30g of turtle shell, 1 white pigeon, a little rice wine. Remove the hair and internal organs of the white pigeon, break the turtle shell, put it into the belly of the white pigeon, add an appropriate amount of clean water and a little rice wine, put it in a clay pot and stew it, season it and eat it. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by liver and kidney deficiency.

2. 90g Chinese yam and 30g chicken gizzard lining. Dry the two ingredients and grind them into fine powder. Take 12g each time, once a day. Take with glutinous rice wine or yellow wine. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by weak qi and blood.

3. 120g each of black fungus and walnut kernels, 240g of brown sugar, and appropriate amount of rice wine. Grind the fungus and walnut kernels into powder, add brown sugar and mix evenly, seal in a porcelain jar, take 30g each time, mix with rice wine, twice a day, take with rice wine. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by weak qi and blood.

4. 10g of Ze Lan leaves, 1 water fish, a little rice wine. Scald the live water fish with hot water, make it urinate, then cut it open and remove the intestines. Grind the Ze Lan leaves into powder, put them into the belly of the water fish, add an appropriate amount of clean water, put them in a clay pot and stew them, add a little rice wine and take it. Take it once every 1 day, and take it 3-5 times in a row to see the effect. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by yin deficiency and blood dryness.

5. 9g sunflower stalks, 250g pig's feet. Wash the pig's feet first, scrape off the dirt, stir-fry with river sand in a pot, wash them clean and put them in a casserole, simmer over low heat until they are cooked. After the pig's feet are cooked, add the sunflower stalks, boil for a few times to make a thick juice, remove the residue, drink the juice, 2-3 times a day, 20-30ml each time. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.
