Patients with pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type can eat more peach kernels

Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease based on different types. Among them, patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis can often eat peach kernels during clinical treatment to achieve good auxiliary treatment effects. Peach kernels can be made into peach kernel cakes and taken regularly, which can not only increase the taste and enhance the patient's appetite, but also effectively relieve symptoms.

Ingredients: 20 grams of peach kernels, 200 grams of flour, 30 grams of sesame oil.

Preparation: Grind the peach kernels into fine powder and mix thoroughly with flour. Add 100 ml of boiling water, knead it and let it cool. Roll it into a thin rectangular skin, apply sesame oil on it, roll it into a cylindrical shape, cut it into 30 grams each section (about 6-7 even sections) with a knife, then roll it into round cakes, bake it on a frying pan and it is ready to eat.

Efficacy: Peach kernel cake has good effects of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation, dispersing blood stasis and relieving pain. It is especially effective for patients with pelvic inflammatory disease who have needle-like pain in the lower abdomen and both sides of the lower abdomen.

Peach kernel: bitter and sweet, neutral in nature, enters the heart, liver, and large intestine meridians, has the effects of analgesia and cough relief, blood circulation and blood stasis, moisturizing and laxative, especially the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and can be used to treat various diseases of blood stasis. Li Shizhen once described in "Compendium of Materia Medica·Fruit 1·Peach" that "Peach kernel promotes blood circulation, and it is better to use it raw with the skin and tip." Its pharmacological effects mainly include three aspects, namely, removing blood stasis, anti-inflammatory, and anti-allergic. The fatty oil contained in it has the effect of moisturizing the intestines and relieving constipation, and the extract has the effects of dilating blood vessels and inhibiting blood coagulation.
