Cervical erosion is largely related to sexual life. If you do not pay attention to cleanliness during sexual life, bacteria will have the opportunity to invade the vagina. In addition, due to the complex branching of women's cervical glands and the many wrinkles of the endometrium of the uterine canal, the infection is not easy to completely eliminate, which will increase the possibility of women suffering from reproductive organ inflammation. The typical symptom of cervical erosion is an increase in the amount of vaginal discharge. However, due to the different scope and degree of bacteria and inflammation, the amount, nature, color and smell of vaginal discharge are also different. It can be milky white mucus, sometimes light yellow purulent, and when accompanied by polyps, bloody vaginal discharge or bleeding after sexual intercourse may occur. When the inflammation spreads along the uterosacral ligament to the pelvic cavity, there may be pain in the lumbar sacral region, pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea. It is often aggravated during menstruation, defecation or sexual intercourse, and sometimes there are no obvious symptoms, which need to be treated separately. The age of 20-30 years old is the high incidence age of cervical erosion. The age group with the highest incidence of this disease is 20-30 years old, accounting for 51.71%, followed by 30-40 years old, accounting for 44.20%. Women aged 20-40, although the estrogen level is high, there is a certain vaginal self-cleaning effect, but during this period, due to frequent sexual life, the chance of bacterial infection and mechanical injury increases significantly, and the incidence of trichomonas vaginitis, candidal vaginitis, and non-specific vaginitis also rises simultaneously, providing a "hotbed" for cervical erosion. Furthermore, multiple sexual partners, sexual intercourse during menstruation, and excessive sexual stimulation are also factors that cannot be ignored in causing cervical erosion. |
