If both men and women can carefully clean their external genitalia and perineum before each sexual intercourse, and pay attention to hygiene, it will generally not cause female genital inflammation. However, if you do not pay attention to hygiene during sexual intercourse, bacteria will have the opportunity to invade the vagina. In addition, due to the complex structure of women's cervical glands and the many folds of the endocervical canal, the infection is not easy to completely eliminate, which will increase the possibility of women suffering from genital inflammation. Data show that the age group with the highest incidence of cervical erosion is 20-30 years old, accounting for more than 50% of the total population, followed by 30-40 years old, accounting for 44.20%. This is because women aged 20-40, although the estrogen level is high and the vagina has a certain self-cleaning effect, have frequent sexual intercourse during this period, and the chances of bacterial infection and mechanical injury increase significantly. The incidence of trichomonas vaginitis, fungal vaginitis, and non-specific vaginitis also rises simultaneously, providing a "hotbed" for cervical erosion.
