Clove Sulfur Eggs

Ingredients: 1 egg, 2 grams each of cloves and sulfur.

Preparation method: Grind cloves and sulfur into fine powder. Make a hole in the egg, put the clove sulfur powder into the egg, seal it with wet paper, and steam it.

Efficacy: Promotes the flow of qi and unblocks the meridians. Suitable for qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.

Usage: Peel the eggs and eat them on an empty stomach, and drink a little rice wine after eating. Do this once a day for 3 to 5 days.
