Introduction to several common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy

Acute ectopic pregnancy is a gynecological disease with a rapid onset, which brings more serious harm to female friends. What are the common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy ? Here are some common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy.

In general, common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy include:

⑴ Amenorrhea

Except for the longer amenorrhea period in interstitial pregnancy, most cases are amenorrhea for 6 to 8 weeks, and abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and other symptoms usually occur after amenorrhea. However, about 20% of patients with acute ectopic pregnancy have no history of amenorrhea.

⑵Abdominal pain

Abdominal pain is the main symptom of acute ectopic pregnancy. It is caused by multiple factors such as fallopian tube enlargement, rupture, and blood irritation to the peritoneum. When rupture occurs, the patient suddenly feels tearing pain in one side of the lower abdomen, often accompanied by nausea.

Vomiting. If the blood is confined to the affected area, it will manifest as local pain in the lower abdomen; when blood accumulates in the rectouterine pouch, there will be a feeling of heaviness and distension in the anus; if the amount of bleeding is too much, the blood will flow from the pelvic cavity to the abdominal cavity, and the pain will spread from the lower abdomen to the whole abdomen; when the blood stimulates the diaphragm, it can cause radiating pain in the shoulder blade.

⑶ Vaginal bleeding

After the embryo dies, the symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy often include irregular vaginal bleeding, dark brown in color, small in amount, generally not exceeding the amount of menstruation, but spotty. This is also a common symptom of acute ectopic pregnancy

⑷ Syncope and shock

Due to acute intra-abdominal bleeding, blood volume reduction and severe abdominal pain may occur. Mild cases often cause syncope, and severe cases may experience shock. The severity of the condition is proportional to the rate and amount of intra-abdominal bleeding, that is, the more and more urgent the bleeding, the faster and more severe the symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy will appear, but it is not proportional to the amount of vaginal bleeding.

The above is an introduction to the common symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. Once the symptoms of acute ectopic pregnancy appear, you must immediately go to a regular hospital for treatment to avoid serious delays in the condition.
