Acid-removing water exercise - stretching exercise

In fact, all aerobic exercises have the function of expelling acidic water, because when Qi is generated, water stops. Red blood cells can bring oxygen, and they can definitely take away carbon dioxide, thereby eliminating edema. However, if some parts of the body have been lacking oxygen for a long time and a large amount of acid water has accumulated, two or three days of aerobic exercises will not be able to remove the edema all at once. Evaluating good water-dissipating exercise is similar to evaluating aerobic exercise. The best exercise is the one that consumes the least ATP and excretes the most acid water.

As mentioned before, acid water is mainly located deep in the muscles, or in the joints and tendons. These places are the inner parts of the body and are also the most important supporting structures. Once these important parts become acidic and edematous, the functions of these important structures will inevitably be reduced, causing problems such as shoulder bone displacement, pelvic deformation, spinal misalignment, etc. In this case, the entire skeleton will collapse. How can the meridians and blood vessels hanging on this collapsed skeleton resonate properly and transport blood? To correct these loose bones, you need to strengthen the muscles that support them and the tendons that connect muscles to bones and bones to bones.

Acid water always gathers in the center of these tissues. To get the acid water out, you have to stretch these tissues forcefully and squeeze out the acid water hidden deep inside them. So you have to stretch as much as possible, stretch hard and then stop, positioning yourself in the state of maximum stretch. The acid water is then squeezed and moves slowly, flowing to the place where the pressure is less, that is, the surface of the tissue. Stretch, position, and then relax, just like twisting a towel, allowing the acid to flow out, allowing new blood to flow in, and then oxygen to come in. Some of the remaining acid will turn into carbon dioxide and be carried away by the red blood cells. This movement of stretching as far as possible and then locking the position consumes ATP only when stretching, and locking the position does not consume energy, but it is the most effective exercise for excreting acid.

All stretching movements - stretching as far as you can and then stopping and locking - have the effect of removing water, and yoga is the most complete way to systematically remove acid and water from all parts of the body.

In fact, Tai Chi also has the same movements - "Practice to perfection with wide extensions", which requires you to stretch your arms and legs as far as possible. And "use strength like drawing silk thread", which also requires your hands and feet to be full of Peng strength and stretch them out slowly. Tai Chi is a form of Qi training and water removal, so it should be the most complete form of exercise. However, the threshold is too high, and as it also includes combat techniques, it is difficult to reach the pinnacle without three to five years of hard training. For busy modern people, it is better to practice incense kung fu and yoga, which is both easy and economical.

It is particularly important to note that this edema reduction plan will no longer help you lose weight as the acid water decreases. After that, you can be more relaxed in your food choices, but you must reduce the total amount of calories. Because there is no acid water, the gastrointestinal absorption capacity is very strong, you must eat less, otherwise you will still gain weight.

Exercises to correct posture

There are aerobic exercises and water-dissipating yoga. Doing them for one minute will have some effect. But it is already very difficult to do them for one or two hours a day. So what about the other fourteen or fifteen hours when you are awake? If you spend one hour pumping air to detoxify, but spend the other fifteen hours blocking the air and producing acid reflux due to incorrect posture, how can you be healthy?

Here are three simple posture correction exercises:

(1) If the back is hunched forward and backward

You can face the wall with your toes ten centimeters away from the wall, bend your knees down, tighten your abdomen, lift your buttocks backward, lean your chest forward against the wall, and tuck your chin in. Set it to thirty seconds each time. Then straighten your knees, keeping your upper body still. This way the posture is correct, with your back straight and your buttocks lifted. Once you get used to it, just bend your knees, push your chest forward, lower your forehead, and then straighten your knees and keep your upper body still. You don't have to face the wall and you can correct your posture at any time.

(2) If the spine is not straight, that is, S-shaped

You can do left and right stretching exercises, stretch one hand as far as you can, until you can't stretch it any further, and still try to stretch upwards. Be sure to loosen your shoulders and push your spine to the other side. After doing it several times, switch hands and do this movement. It can not only correct the left and right bends, but it is also very helpful for frozen shoulder. The key is to pull upwards with all your strength until your shoulder blades are pulled upward and released.

(3) If you suffer from sciatica or knee pain

You can put one foot on a table about one meter high, or on any supporting object, and stand with the other foot upright, and straighten your body first. If it is no longer difficult to straighten the leg, press your upper body towards the hanging leg as hard as you can, and lock it in the lowest position for a dozen seconds or longer each time. Change legs and try again. If you can easily adapt to one meter, you can increase it by five to ten centimeters and try again. This movement can correct the bones in the pelvic area and help eliminate acid and water below the waist.

In order to have strong Qi, the skeleton must be straight and the muscles must be relaxed. This is what all Qigong masters have repeatedly reminded us of. In fact, relaxing your mood is more important. The brain is the largest producer of acid water and the largest consumer of ATP. When you are relaxed, your mind will not have random thoughts and will not consume ATP. When you let go of things, the thousands of muscles on your face can relax. Then the biggest problem in the body - the brain - will be solved by you. Peace of mind and body, healthy and happy!
