Chicken thigh..................280g

Onion ..................... 30g

Basil.................... 5g

Egg.................. 1

Rice wine....................10ml

Soy sauce....................10ml

Olive oil..................10ml

practice:

1. Debone the chicken thighs, cut them into small cubes, and mince them in a food processor.

2. Add onion, basil and eggs to food processor and continue to mince and blend with chicken.
