Summer weight loss plan starts with it! Breakfast oatmeal jar is high in fiber, delicious and filling

The main character of the oatmeal jar, oatmeal, is rich in nutrients and has many benefits for human health, including:

  • Water-soluble dietary fiber

  • Insoluble dietary fiber

  • calcium

  • phosphorus

  • iron

  • Vitamin B complex

Water-soluble dietary fiber is beneficial to blood sugar control and can lower blood cholesterol; while insoluble dietary fiber can help intestinal peristalsis, promote defecation, and prevent constipation! It is recommended not to choose large oatmeal with additional vanilla flavors, so as to retain the nutrition of nature's whole grains and eat it easily without burden.

Nutritious fruits are delicious and healthy

This time, we chose sweet and sour blueberries and mangoes, known as the "king of summer fruits", to add flavor, and added crunchy cereals to enhance the taste, making the oatmeal jar more layered and delicious!

Although every 100 grams of mango has an average of about 55 calories, it does have higher calories and sugar content than the same amount of other fruits. However, it is also rich in dietary fiber, vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C and other essential nutrients for the human body. Eating it in moderation has many benefits to the human body! Vitamin A, in particular, can promote the mucosal cells to synthesize and secrete glycoproteins, which cover the cell surface, prevent the cell moisture from being reduced, and keep the skin moisturized.

Blueberries are rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, which can protect the body from damage by free radicals. Therefore, they have many well-known health benefits, including anti-oxidation, anti-aging, retina activation, vision restoration, helping to regulate the intestines, and eliminating fatigue. In addition, blueberries are also beneficial to cognitive function and nervous system health, strengthen cardiovascular antioxidant capacity, prevent abnormal blood clotting, and reduce inflammation.
