After analyzing the data, the researchers summarized the following 7 keys. It turns out there is a secret to not gaining weight!

1. Eat a healthy breakfast every day

96% of people eat breakfast every day, and one-third of them say that "eggs" are their favorite food in the morning, and half of them also eat fruits and vegetables for breakfast.

2. Eat bananas and nuts as snacks

When people want to snack, 65% of them choose fruit (the most common one is banana) or nuts, or both. There are many choices of nuts. Pistachios, for example, are rich in protein that can repair muscles, healthy fats that can fight inflammation, and rich in antioxidants that can slow down cell damage.
