If a very fat person loses weight by restricting his diet alone, it will take a few months for him to suddenly lose weight, and his skin will become loose. Have you ever seen an American TV program showing a person weighing over 100 kilograms losing 30 to 50 kilograms in just six months, with a belly as loose as a pug's face?

Even for an average woman, if she loses more than ten kilograms in a few months just by restricting her diet or doing similar exercises, her upper arms and other parts will become loose. The arms that were filled with fat in the past have become hollow due to the removal of the fat, with only the skin extremely stretched and hanging down. It's like a balloon that has been inflated and stretched to an extreme size. Sagging caused by rapid weight loss is the result of ignoring "skin regeneration = remodeling". Skin regenerates just like bones. If the skin that was once swollen due to excess fat is left as it is, it will still appear loose even if the excess fat disappears.
