    1. Stand with your feet apart, with the distance between your feet equal to your foot length, about 1 meter.

    2. Place your palms, wrists, and elbows together, use the strength of your pectoralis major to bring your hands closer together, and then slowly move your elbows away from your chest.

    3. Contract your abdomen, curl your tailbone, and slowly lower your feet. Try to keep your thighs parallel to the ground. Coordinate your breathing, and stay for 10 to 15 breaths. Then return to the normal position and bring your feet back.

    2. Inhale, lift your body off the ground, use your stomach, curl your tailbone, straighten your legs, and root your toes down to support your body.

    3. Coordinate your breathing and maintain the ground-supporting action for 10 to 15 breaths, then slowly return to the original preparatory position.

[Move 3 / Camel pose]

  • action:

    1. Kneel on the ground with your knees bent, open your legs to about the same width as your hips, and relax your insteps on the ground, with your thighs and body in a straight line perpendicular to the floor.

    2. When you inhale, tilt your neck back and stretch your body and chest upward. When you exhale, make a big circle backward with your right hand, grab your right heel, and grab your left heel with your left hand.

    3. After steadily grasping the heel, lift your right hand up, straighten your arm and place it beside your ear, with your palm facing up. Do not hold your breath, and maintain the position naturally for 5 breaths. Then slowly and regularly bring your right hand back to the preparatory position.

    4. Next, do the same body movements on the left side.

    5. After the movement is completed, the hands should be pushed downward, and the chest and abdomen should be opened upward and backward to stretch the neck muscles.

  • Note: When doing this exercise, you should not just use flexibility, but also use the elasticity of your spine and muscles to prevent your waist from being injured due to excessive pressure. Doing camel-like exercises more often can help stretch and train your abdominal and pectoral muscles, and can also eliminate fat on your waist and sculpt your body into a slim curve.
