As a body coordination consultant, I often ask my clients, "Are you exercising?" Most of the time, the answer is, "Nothing in particular." Some people answered, "Because it's popular recently, I'm walking or jogging," but there are still not many people who actually exercise.

Of course, there are ways to lose weight without exercising. However, exercise is necessary for health reasons.

As we age, it becomes easier to gain weight! ?

Even if the rhythm of human life has not changed significantly, people tend to gain weight more easily as they age. The reason is that muscles gradually decline with age. Only with muscles can you burn fat easily and lose fat quickly. If the muscles increase, they can absorb a large amount of oxygen, improve metabolism and cell regeneration, and promote the flow of blood and lymph, achieving a skin-beautifying effect.

How to develop a physique that doesn’t gain weight?

The point is not to burn fat, but to exercise to increase basal metabolic capacity. The calories consumed by women in a day are about 1,600~1,800 calories. However, having muscles or not makes a big difference.

In other words, exercising your muscles will naturally improve your basal metabolic capacity, increase your consumption, and naturally reduce fat. And the fastest way to build muscle is to walk! When it comes to race walking, you don't walk on the usual asphalt road but on the ground. The bigger the stride, the better. Imagine walking in a straight line, with your elbows bent at 90 degrees and your eyes looking 10 meters ahead.

At this time, do not wear high heels or leather shoes. It is recommended to wear special walking shoes. Wearing inappropriate shoes may cause muscle fatigue or improper muscle growth. In addition, if you carry something while walking, it will cause a burden and cause you to lose your body balance, so try not to carry anything in your hands while walking. When you walk, swing your hands more widely and try to walk at a speed that speeds up your breathing slightly!

In addition, riding a bicycle is also recommended. In fact, as a beauty coordination consultant, my hobby is cycling. When riding a bicycle, you should ride for at least 20 minutes, and it is best to ride at a speed that makes your feet a little tired. In addition to walking and cycling, there are other sports that you can start right away, such as swimming. Choose a sport that suits you and start doing it tomorrow!

People who don’t have time to exercise

At this point, everyone knows that exercise is very important, but there are also many people who "know it but find it difficult to do it in reality." For such people, the following exercises are also very effective!

  • Do not use the elevator.

  • Try to walk when you go out to buy things.

  • Do not sit down on trains and buses.

  • When going home late at night, you have to walk one more station than usual.

  • Do not use the remote control.

  • Things that you use frequently should be placed on your left side or far away.

  • Stand on your tiptoes while brushing your teeth.

  • In short, you should stretch your body often.

In this way, a little exercise can also achieve the effect of muscle training. For those who think "exercise is tiring and I don't like it", please change your perspective and think "do a little exercise for the sake of health"! Let's become a body that is easy to lose weight this summer!
