1. Eat a light diet and avoid eating irritating foods such as mutton, shrimp, crab, eel, salted fish, and black fish.

2. Avoid consuming irritating foods and drinks, such as alcohol and white wine.

3. Avoid foods that are hot, blood-clotting, or contain hormones, such as longan, red dates, donkey-hide gelatin, and royal jelly.

4. Strictly avoid eating foods related to the animal reproductive system or foods containing a large amount of hormones, including processed and natural foods. This includes milk and its products, eggs, and meat from animals raised with hormones.

5. Avoid plant foods such as pomegranates, sweet potatoes, carrots and some beans.
