Dietary considerations for patients with cervical erosion

Dietary considerations for patients with cervical erosion

Cervical erosion is not a separate disease, but a symptom. Some erosions are physiological, while others are pathological. Pathological cervical erosion is mostly a manifestation of chronic cervicitis and should be treated in a timely manner. While taking medication, female patients can also enhance their resistance and promote recovery by adjusting their diet.

1. Dietary taboos

Avoid or reduce the consumption of spicy and irritating foods, such as chili peppers, peppercorns, ginger, raw garlic, onions, leeks, etc.; avoid eating irritating foods such as lamb, shrimp, crab, and black fish; avoid eating longan, jujube, and donkey-hide gelatin; avoid or reduce the consumption of health products containing estrogen; avoid drinking alcohol, etc.

2. Proper diet

You should eat a light diet and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, such as lean meat, crucian carp, chicken, eggs, quail eggs, cabbage, asparagus, celery, spinach, cucumber, winter melon, mushrooms, kelp, tofu, seaweed, bananas, apples, kiwis, strawberries, oranges, etc.

3. Diet therapy

In addition to the above dietary precautions, women with cervical erosion can also use some dietary therapy to assist in treatment in order to enhance the patient's physical fitness and improve the treatment effect, such as stewing black-bone chicken; simmering mutton, angelica, and ginger; cooking lean pork, day lily, and angelica together, etc.
