Age comparison table of women's menopause

The age comparison table of women's menopause is mainly used to describe and understand the general age range of women's menopause. However, due to the influence of individual differences, genetics and other factors, the age of menopause for each woman may be different.

1. Primary amenorrhea: Primary amenorrhea refers to a condition in which a woman has never had a menstrual period during puberty (usually 11-15 years old). If a woman has not had her first menstruation after the age of 14, she may need to consider whether she has primary amenorrhea. In this case, it is recommended to see a doctor as soon as possible to rule out potential health problems.

2. Secondary amenorrhea: Secondary amenorrhea refers to the absence of menstruation for three months or more in a woman who has already had menstruation. The age range of secondary amenorrhea is relatively wide, but if a woman has secondary amenorrhea after the age of 16, she may need to see a doctor to determine if there is a health problem.

3. Menopausal amenorrhea: Menopausal amenorrhea refers to the phenomenon that women's ovarian function gradually declines and menstruation stops permanently. The age range of menopausal amenorrhea is between 40 and 60 years old, but most women's menopause age is between 45 and 55 years old. Menopausal amenorrhea is a natural physiological phenomenon, but if women experience menopause before the age of 40, it may be premature ovarian failure and needs medical examination.

The age of menopause in women may also be affected by many factors such as nutritional status, body shape, and lifestyle. For example, women with good nutritional status may have a later menopause age, while women with a fatter body shape may have an earlier menopause age. Women should pay attention to maintaining good living and eating habits in order to stay healthy.

If women have questions or concerns about their amenorrhea, it is recommended to consult a professional doctor in time.
